These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the talkyta (“Application”) mobile application.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The Application provides an AI-powered virtual tutor for educational purposes. Responses are generated using open-source artificial intelligence models operated through contracted cloud and serverless infrastructure providers.
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not be reviewed by a human.
Due to the nature of machine learning systems, generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
AI-generated responses are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
User inputs are processed solely to generate requested responses and are not used for model training. Infrastructure providers process data only on our behalf and may not use it for independent purposes.
Details regarding the processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. AI processing does not involve the use of user data for model training.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including its design and software, belong to the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application.
User-provided inputs remain the property of the User. Subject to applicable law, AI-generated outputs belong to the User; however, the Developer may process such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of AI-generated content or reliance upon such content.
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication within the Application or on the website.
Access to the Application may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
